A 6-Week Journey to Strengthen Your Resilience, Impact, and Inner Leadership The THRIVE Framework is our signature online course designed to empower purpose-driven leaders, coaches, and professionals with the tools and practices needed to promote mental health and prevent burnout, both within themselves and across the teams and communities they serve. Grounded in neuroscience, energy awareness, and somatic practices, this 6-module course guides you through the THRIVE framework to help you master your mind, emotions, and energy system, so that even under pressure, your body continues to work for you, not against you. COURSE STRUCTURE AND COMITIMENT: To complete the course within 6 weeks, we recommend setting aside approximately 90 minutes per week. This includes time to: - Watch the weekly video lesson - Complete short integration practices Modules are dripped weekly, with a new one released each week to allow time to absorb the content and implement the practices before moving ahead. The next practice within a module will be unlocked once you've completed at least 90% of the current section, helping you stay grounded and intentional with your learning journey.
